Job description

What You'll Get to Do

The EHS Data Analyst and System Administrator is focused on supporting the organization's environmental, health & safety (EHS) and environmental, social & governance (ESG) data management, analytics, reporting, and technology platforms while ensuring compliance with internal and external reporting requirements and reports to the Director of EHS.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide data analysis for EHS and ESG metrics tracking and reporting requirements, including leading and lagging safety indicators, environmental performance metrics, climate risk reporting, and federal, state, provincial, and other regulatory reporting obligations.
  • Support the deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ESG data collection, compilation, and reporting processes, including preparation of reports for senior leadership and Board-level audiences.
  • Serve as the system administrator for EHS online platforms, including user management, training, adoption support, and ongoing system optimization.
  • Analyze EHS and ESG data, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support chemical management reporting and disclosure requirements, including PFAS, plastics registry reporting, TSCA disclosures, and collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Strong technical expertise in data analytics, visualization, and reporting tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, database management, data lakes, and ETL processes.
  • Experience supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS), ESG, sustainability, compliance, or related reporting programs and familiarity with safety management systems (SMS), environmental compliance management systems (ECMS), and ESG reporting platforms.
  • Strong communication, organization, collaboration, and project management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions, locations, vendors, and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated innovation mindset with the ability to improve processes, automate reporting workflows, reduce administrative burden, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
