ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Plans weekly responsibilities with the case managers or case management supervisor
Available to work weekends with flexible scheduling hours to accommodate customer's needs.
Comfortable with carrying on conversations with parents or agencies during transports.
Exemplifies appropriate role modeling through physical appearance, social skills, professional
words and acts, sets clear professional boundaries.
Represents MMA in a professional manner at all times.
Ability to work without direct supervision and self-motivate.
Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Additional duties as assigned by the case management supervisor.
Adheres to Mingus policy and practice concerning creation, editing, transmission, storage, and disposition of all Protected Health Information in compliance with HIPAA.
