Position Overview:
The Branch Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading video production, podcast and interview production, editing, and visual branding initiatives while maintaining a polished and consistent brand presence. This role serves as a storyteller, producer, videographer, editor, and brand ambassador, managing projects from concept through distribution to create engaging content that supports business objectives and strengthens CCM's brand within the mortgage industry.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan, shoot, produce, and edit high-quality video for social media, campaigns, recruiting, education, testimonials, events, and community content.
  • Operate production equipment and develop creative concepts that communicate the team's value proposition.
  • Create reels, shorts, promos, captions, motion graphics, transitions, music, branded effects, and long-and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, and related channels.
  • Lead setup and production of a branded podcast and interview-style show from concept to publishing.
  • Design and maintain an in-house studio, including lighting, audio, video, camera angles, backdrop, set design, and guest flow.
  • Coordinate interviews with loan officers, agents, clients, referral partners, industry leaders, and community influencers; manage multi-camera recordings, episode edits, trailers, highlights, social clips, intros/outros, and distribution assets.
  • Maintain and enhance visual branding across content, including colors, typography, graphics, logo use, style, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership on content calendars, campaigns, episode topics, marketing priorities, and scalable production systems.
  • Identify trends in mortgage, real estate, social media, and personal-brand marketing; assist with photography, graphics, and related initiatives as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Experience in professional videography and video editing, demonstrated through a portfolio or demo reel.
  • Advanced understanding of social media strategy, platform optimization, lighting, composition, audio, storytelling, and deadline-driven project management.
  • Proficiency with professional content creation and post-production platforms; familiarity with additional editing software, preferred.
