In addition to providing third-party logistics services for Hyundai Translead, Trinion provides forklift rental, maintenance and repair services, as well as AGV/AMR solutions to Hyundai and Kia manufacturing facilities in the Eastern United States.

Responsibilities:

·       Perform regular inspection and preventive maintenance of AGV/AMR systems

·       Diagnose and repair hardware (H/W) failures

·       Analyze and resolve software (S/W) errors

·       Maintain control systems and communication networks

·       Support field installation and commissioning

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients

·       Prepare maintenance reports and documentation


Qualifications:

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in AGV or AMR maintenance or related field

·       Hands-on experience with mobile robot components: sensors (LIDAR, camera, ultrasonic), actuators, and controllers

·       Understanding of navigation and path planning algorithms (SLAM, A*, Dijkstra)

·       Proficient in diagnostics and debugging tools (serial monitor, network analyzers, etc.)

·       Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Computer Engineering

·       Strong technical writing and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, ROS

·       Experience with Linux-based systems

·       AGV/AMR system certifications or relevant training

·       Experience in automation equipment or logistics system operations

·       Experience in automotive industry

·      Proficiency in English and Korean
