  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in new hire reports, including start dates, position details, locations, onboarding status, and related tracking information.

  • Align with the Operations Specialist to coordinate IT setup, equipment deployment, office logistics, badges, new hire swag, and other onboarding needs.

  • Launch and track new hire surveys to gather feedback, identify pain points, and continuously improve the onboarding experience.

  • Help coordinate the mid-year and end-year performance review process in Lattice, including initiating communications, tracking utilization and progress, and supporting cycle closeout.

  • Document offer outcomes and support onboarding and offboarding tracking through the appropriate Teams chat and Excel tracker to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between hiring managers and recruiters, and maintain candidate profiles and interview tracking forms.

  • Collaborate with Talent Development teams to schedule virtual and in-person training sessions and workshops, ensuring logistics and communications are handled efficiently.

  • Perform additional administrative and talent support tasks as needed to support the Director of Talent and broader business goals.
