As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and coordinating project models throughout the design and construction process. You'll help ensure project accuracy, streamline workflows, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex electrical construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-leading software.
• Assist with project setup, model organization, and quality control procedures.
• Identify and resolve model conflicts, errors, and coordination issues.
• Generate drawings, schedules, reports, and project deliverables from BIM models.
• Participate in model coordination and clash detection efforts.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, designers, and field teams.
• Support continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices.
• Provide technical assistance to project teams and contribute ideas for process enhancements.

• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD
• Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Electrical Design Concepts

• Practical experience using Autodesk Revit and related CAD software.
• Familiarity with Navisworks and model federation workflows.
• Understanding of ANSI drafting standards and drawing conventions.
• Knowledge of electrical design and construction practices.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Autodesk Revit.
• Electrical industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Gastonia, NC.

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
