Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Overtime required)

Job Summary:
OnCall Staffing is seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Front Desk Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in growing within the staffing and recruiting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in candidates with applications and onboarding

  • Screen, interview, and match candidates to open job positions

  • Post job openings and source candidates using various platforms

  • Maintain and update candidate records in internal systems

  • Conduct E-Verify, background checks, and document processing

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients

  • Coordinate job assignments and communicate schedules with employees

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation

  • Drive company vehicle to transport employees to and from job sites

  • Monitor employee attendance, check-ins, and PPE/dress code compliance

Qualifications:
