Job description

This is a fully remote job that be based anywhere in the country.

The Senior Manager, Project Delivery is responsible for leading the Project Delivery team responsible for the installation, relocation, and deployment of diagnostic imaging equipment across the United States. This role oversees project planning and execution, manages project personnel and resources, collaborates with customers and internal stakeholders, and ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each of the following essential functions satisfactorily.

  • Lead the Project Delivery function, including project management, customer site planning, logistics, installations, and equipment relocation in a safe, timely, and within budget while supporting customer satisfaction.
  • Provide hands-on leadership, serving as the point of contact for customers during complex installations and relocations, escalated customer concerns, and other priorities.
  • Responsible for managing direct reports including hiring, developing, coaching, evaluating, and building a high-functioning, customer-focused team.
  • Optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization across concurrent projects in an operationally efficient manner.
  • Develop and implement project delivery processes, tools, and standardized processes to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and customer outcomes.
  • Provide regular project and operations performance updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Sales, Service, Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams in partnership with external customers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), applicable regulatory requirements, and Quality Management Procedures (QMPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
  • Accountable for department performance, including safety, quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and resource utilization.
  • Manages department budget, KPIs, and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing operational performance, identifying process improvements, and implementing solutions that enhance project delivery and team effectiveness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Business, or a Healthcare related field OR successful completion of an accredited Nuclear Medicine or CT Technologist Program
  • 7+ years of project management, operations, or implementation experience
  • 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Experience with Project Management Software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid Driverโ€™s License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification
  • Experience as a Nuclear Medicine or CT Technologist, Imaging Applications Specialist, Field Service Engineer, or Medical Imaging Operations role
  • Experience with diagnostic imaging equipment installations, de-installations, relocations, or other capitol equipment logistics.ย 

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • 80% Sitting; 20% Standing/Walking

Working Conditions:

  • Work is performed primarily in an office setting with occasional visits to warehouse, manufacturing, and customer site environments.
  • Up to 25% travel may be required
