Evans Toyota is currently seeking Entry Level Automotive Sales Associates. Candidates with professional backgrounds in customer service, hospitality, or retail are encouraged to apply.

Recent college graduates are also invited to consider this opportunity. Prior experience is not a prerequisite for this role, as our organization provides comprehensive professional training.

Individuals with previous dealership sales experience who possess a commitment to client satisfaction will find this position rewarding. As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will develop a deep understanding of our sales methodology while facilitating the vehicle procurement process for our clientele.

Entry Level Automotive Sales Associate Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build strong network and consult during buying process to determine their needs and wants for a vehicle
  • Be the vehicle expert and have a strong understanding of our product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
  • Follow-up with buyers before and after purchase to ensure referral business
  • Work with the Sales Managers and Customers throughout the buying experience
  • Complete necessary paperwork to ensure smooth sales process
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
