(FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance use disorder, as well as an array of other related problems. Family Guidance Centers, Inc seeks to support the behavioral health of individuals, families, and communities through our commitment to innovation, accountability, and compassionate care to facilitate positive, lasting change. Essential Duties: Assist in coordinating agency wide gambling outreach services and activities ensuring alignment with the Illinois sponsored "are you really willing" campaign. This includes ensuring gambling outreach events are scheduled and staffed for the service areas of Cook County, Sangamon County and Will County.

Provide problem gambling education, screenings and referrals throughout the community served (Cook County) including but not limited to activations arranged as part of the Illinois sponsored "are you really winning" campaign. Provide "brief intervention" to individuals identified to have concerns regarding gambling whether the individual accepts a treatment referral or not. Provide problem gambling education, screening, brief intervention and referral to Family Guidance Centers' patients as appropriate.

Distribute gambling education materials to organizations in the community, for example, behavioral health organizations, social service organizations, establishments that have gambling such as video gaming terminals etc. Conduct direct outreach to individuals experiencing substance use, homelessness, or other barriers to care by providing harm reduction education, distributing supplies, and describing FGC programs in accessible language to increase awareness of available services. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 4:30p); with flexibility to support program needs Start Date: July 1st, 2026 Work Location: Cook County Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Family Guidance Centers, Inc
