Billing Specialist (Temporary-to-Hire) | Entry-Level Accounting | Onsite Opportunity
Are you an early-career accounting professional looking to grow your experience in billing, accounts receivable, and ERP systems? We're partnering with a well-established and growing organization to add a Billing Specialist to their team during an exciting system transformation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants hands-on experience with high-volume billing, reporting, and cross-functional communication.
What You'll Do
Process high-volume billing transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Support accounts receivable and billing operations during a system transition
Generate and analyze reports using Excel and Google Sheets
Communicate with internal stakeholders (including operations teams) to resolve billing questions
Assist with process improvements as systems and workflows evolve
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support (internship experience welcome)
Strong proficiency in Excel (data organization, basic formulas, reporting)
Experience working in high-volume, detail-oriented environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes
Exposure to ERP systems is a plus (especially during system transitions)
