Role Description The Entry-Level Tax Associate is a temporary, on-site role based in Middlebury, IN. This role involves assisting clients with individual tax return preparation, gathering and organizing financial information, and accurately entering data into tax preparation software under guidance and training. The associate will explain basic tax concepts in a clear, supportive manner, help clients understand available credits and deductions, and follow established procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and company policies. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining client confidentiality, supporting office operations such as appointment scheduling and document handling, and collaborating with colleagues to provide a positive client experience.
