What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers by phone while providing exceptional service and support.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • Assist with account setup and maintenance
  • Process payments and account transactions
  • Resolve customer concerns and questions
  • Explain account information and policies
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Meet quality and performance standards
Paid Training
  • Paid Training (4–6 weeks): Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Regular Schedule After Training: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:15 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays required, with a scheduled weekday off
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Customer service or call center experience (0–1+ years welcome)
  • Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM
  • Detail-oriented with ability to follow procedures
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Age 18+

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Work Environment
