We are seeking a detail oriented and driven Customer Service Representative to support our silk-screening operation. The CSR will act as the main point of contact between customers and the production team, managing orders from initial inquiry to final delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a solid understanding of the screen printing process
