Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, call center systems, and basic office applications is often required. What are some common challenges full time customer service representatives (CSRs) face, and how can they effectively handle them?

To handle these effectively, it's helpful to stay organized, maintain a positive attitude, and utilize active listening skills. Many organizations offer training and support systems, such as mentoring or knowledge bases, to help CSRs navigate complex situations. Building good relationships with team members and supervisors can also provide valuable support and reduce stress during busy periods.
