Oxford Court, located in Beaver Creek, is looking for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician. Join our team and play a key role in keeping our facilities running smoothly and safely every day. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and making an immediate impact. You'll be part of a supportive team environment where reliability and pride in your work are valued, and you'll have opportunities to learn and grow your skills along the way!
Duties Include:
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, systems, and structures.
  • Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring safe and timely resolutions.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage spaces.
  • Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor projects to help preserve the property's appearance during spring, summer, and fall.
  • Perform snow clearing and ice mitigation tasks during winter to support safe access around the building and surrounding walkways.

Work Location: Oxford Court, Beaver Creek
Job Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Part-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $24 - $27/hr depending on experience
Schedule: Sunday and Monday required, other days variable; hours vary but will need to complete work by 5:30pm

You're at least 18 years old by your start date and legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis with no specific end date. Prior basic maintenance experience required and pool/spa experience are a plus. You're dependable, hardworking, and take pride in seeing projects through. You enjoy hands-on work, are comfortable using tools, and approach repairs with a practical, problem-solving mindset. A strong team player with clear communication skills to speak with residents, guests, vendors, and fellow team members. You deliver great service while staying adaptable, organized, and detail-oriented. You're physically able to lift, climb, and work in a variety of environments and comfortable using a phone or tablet to manage daily tasks.
