As you evaluate your career options, we recognize that salary is a key consideration. For this role, the pay range is $23.00-32.00, with individual compensation determined by your unique skills, experience level, and other relevant factors

Enjoy a 4-day work week, 10-hours a day (Monday–Thursday Between 6:00am and 4:30pm). Additional hours may be required during busier times

The Human Resources and Office Support Assistant will handle office administrator and entry-level HR tasks such as onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, training and development, run reports, and drafting companywide communications.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Performs front desk procedures ensuring visitor policies and procedures are followed
  • Manages day-to-day of benefits programs including monthly benefits meetings for new employees and monthly billing
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees including I-9 with E-Verify and tours of facility
  • Organizes and executes employee appreciation events and programs including employee of the month
  • Manages phone directory in POPP system including naming, passwords, and resetting devices
  • Updates distributed phone directory and organization charts on a monthly basis
  • Updates company photo directory on an annual basis
  • Scans and documents employee files
  • Inventories office supplies and relays to purchasing
  • Researches office management solutions including but not limited to office furniture and delivers findings in the form of presentations and capital expense requests
  • Manages temporary agencies including recruitment, coaching, onboarding, offboarding, safety, and billing
  • Manages intern and summer helper programs including organizing school recruitment events and requisition recruitment including conducting and schedule phone/video/on-site screens, interviews, and tours
  • Performs back-up on other Human Resources functions when needed
  • Other duties as assigned including training others on known processes

Required: 2 years of combined education and experience in Human Resources. Proficiency in reading and writing in English. Highly organized, self-motivated and can work independently. Must be highly self-motivated, work with minimal supervision and be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar field
  • SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
  • Professional experience of ADP Workforce Now
