**Please note that this position has both a base pay and an uncapped commission %!!**

Pay Range:  $23-26/hour

Commission Plan:  2.5% on eligible collected product revenue

Job Summary

Responsible for selling assigned products or product categories through inbound lead follow-up, proactive outreach, customer communication, quoting support, and consistent sales activity. Will develop product knowledge, help customers identify solutions that fit their needs, maintain accurate CRM records, follow the company’s sales process, and assist in identifying, testing, and executing practical sales approaches for assigned products across different customer segments, markets, and use cases.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sell assigned products or product categories to prospective and existing customers through inbound lead follow-up, quote requests, and proactive outreach. Understand customer needs, identify product fit, maintain consistent follow-up, and move opportunities through the sales process. Help identify and execute practical sales strategies for assigned products across different customer types, markets, applications, and business opportunities. - 40%

  • Prepare or support quotes, estimates, and proposals using approved pricing tools and internal processes. Maintain accurate customer, lead, quote, and opportunity information in the CRM while following the company’s sales process from initial inquiry through close. - 25%

  • Develop a strong working knowledge of assigned product(s), including features, benefits, common applications, limitations, pricing considerations, and customer use cases. Guide customers toward appropriate product options and partner with internal teams when additional technical, production, or fulfillment details are needed. - 20%

  • Provide a professional, responsive, and helpful customer experience throughout and following the sales process. Communicate clearly with customers and internal departments to support accurate orders and a positive overall experience. Monitor and respond to customer communications through assigned product platforms, sales channels, or lead sources. - 10%

  • Perform other duties, as assigned. - 5%

Minimum Requirements

Education - High School Diploma or GED

Experience - Entry-level sales experience, customer services experience or strong interest in building a sales career; 1-3 years of experience in a professional environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of how to utilize and leverage Google Suite

  • Proficiency with basic business technology, including email, Google Suite, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online tools 

  • Willingness to learn technical or product-specific information

  • Strong follow-up skills and willingness to make outbound calls or proactive customer contacts

  • Strong professional written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail when gathering customer information and preparing quotes

  • Strong sense of ownership, persistence, and follow-through

  • Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, video, and other business channels

  • Ability to build rapport with customers and ask thoughtful questions

  • Comfortable working in a structured sales environment with goals and accountability

  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups without losing track of priorities

  • Ability to receive coaching and apply feedback quickly

  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license


Preferred Qualifications

Education - Additional education or coursework in business, sales, marketing, communications, sports management, or a related field

Experience - Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, retail sales, inside sales, or account support; Experience working with physical products, recreational equipment, sports equipment, construction-related products, or custom-manufactured products.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms

  • Interest in sports, recreation, athletics, trampoline parks, gymnastics, adventure parks, fitness, or entertainment spaces

Physical Demands

This position has prolonged sitting at a desk in front of a computer.  Occasional bending, reaching, and stooping.  Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
