Hose Master is North America’s largest manufacturer of flexible metal hose and metal bellows expansion joints, with over 450,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Founded in 1982, we serve industrial markets including power generation, refining & petrochemical, steel, pulp & paper, chemical processing, marine & offshore, liquid terminals, and bulk material handling.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • BOM and routings
  • Customizing BOMs and routings as needed for custom engineered orders
  • Assisting with quotation of large volume and OEM inquiries that may require special manufacturing techniques
  • Product/manufacturing optimization for efficiency and performance
  • New machine sourcing
  • Developing and documenting necessary quality layout information for the QA department on new processes and machines
  • Demonstrate support for company programs through words and actions
  • Resolve product, process and design issues
  • Implement process improvements to the design procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Recognize other issues and perform necessary duties to correct problems
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Associate or bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent, in Mechanical Engineering or Business) or demonstrated equivalent through work experience
  • Experience: Strong technical ability and mechanical aptitude; manufacturing experience preferred (Welding, Fabrication, Machining, Production Equipment, and Assembly)
  • Demonstrated project management capability
  • Skills: Strong computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, CAD programs), good communication, influencing skills, and decision-making ability

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
