1stCFS is currently looking for Direct Support Professionals who are:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

  • Support clients with living freely and cheerfully in their homes by working with them to accomplish their goals.
  • Help with clients' everyday needs (transportation, bathing, preparing meals, etc.)
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying, vacuuming, and changing bed linens.
  • Aid in safe transportation and community outings.
  • Share in activities with the client (shopping, Special Olympics, movies, etc.)
  • Provide encouragement and coaching to people who are working to develop daily living skills & healthy habits.
  • Report the successes and growth you provided during your shift.
