This leader is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and communication of system-wide compensation strategies that support organizational goals and drive a high-performance culture.This role ensures all compensation programs are compliant with federal and state regulations, while developing and maintaining policies and procedures that reinforce compliance and operational excellence.
