Stride Force is expanding in the South Bend area and looking for motivated, people-focused individuals to join our growing team representing Renewal by Andersen, one of the most recognized home improvement brands in the country.


This role is centered around community engagement and customer interaction. As a Community Relations Representative, youโ€™ll connect directly with homeowners, introduce current products and promotions, and help schedule appointments for our sales team. If you enjoy working with people, staying active, and being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment, weโ€™d love to hear from you.


What Youโ€™ll Do
