As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTime Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate common areas, building perimeters, parking facilities, entrances, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities according to site requirements.
  • Prepare accurate reports and maintain communication with property management and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, observations, and operational concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have at least six months of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
