What You'll Do

  • Train directly under experienced managers to learn every part of our operation

  • Lead by example-greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure each visit exceeds expectations

  • Oversee daily operations, including inventory, site cleanliness, and minor maintenance

  • Manage open/close procedures and ensure safety and efficiency on-site

  • Promote memberships and drive customer loyalty through excellent service and communication

  • Work hands-on with the team-keep the wash running smoothly and jump in wherever needed
