Automation Engineer – Onsite Integration & Start Up
Lebanon, IN
We’re looking to connect with experienced automation engineers interested in an onsite role in Lebanon, Indiana. This position is well suited for engineers who prefer working locally in the field and are not looking for a travelheavy role.
This is a handson automation role supporting startup and integration activities on a large, complex project. The work is highly practical and executionfocused for engineers who enjoy getting into real systems, figuring things out, and helping bring equipment online.
What the role involves
  • Fulltime, onsite automation support in Lebanon, IN
  • Startup, commissioning, and operational support for automated equipment
  • Jumping into existing PLC and HMI logic to troubleshoot, stabilize, and improve systems
  • Working with a variety of vendorsupplied equipment and control platforms
  • Supporting integration between machines and higherlevel systems
  • Working closely with client engineers, vendors, and site teams
What we’re looking for
  • Strong automation fundamentals with real programming experience
  • Comfort working across different platforms (Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff, or similar)
  • Ability to open unfamiliar systems and understand them quickly
  • Handson troubleshooting experience during startup or commissioning
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fastpaced, onsite environment
