Our Elx-AI Division specializes in ultra-luxury residential integration, designing and executing premium technology systems that seamlessly blend into sophisticated custom homes.
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager to join our Naples team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an emerging project management professional to develop into a leadership role, while also providing an opportunity for experienced Project Managers to immediately contribute at a higher level within our growing organization.

Position Summary
As an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager for Elx-AI, you will work closely with our project management team to support and oversee premier smart home installations throughout Southwest Florida. You will coordinate technician allocation, manage project workflows, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to our uncompromising quality standards.
Serving as a key point of contact for elite clients, custom builders, and internal field teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and delivering the premium customer experience that defines the Elx-AI brand.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000+ Annually, Based on Experience
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Support and oversee high-end integration projects from internal engineering handoff through final system commissioning and client sign-off.
  • Workflow & Schedule Management : Coordinate technician assignments, manage project timelines, and adapt schedules as construction phases evolve to keep projects on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between homeowners, custom builders, interior designers, and field teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
  • Operational & Resource Management: Track materials, coordinate onsite logistics, monitor project milestones, and support efficient project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform project reviews and onsite assessments to ensure all work reflects Elx-AI’s premium standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer experience.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Luxury Residential Experience: Experience in luxury residential construction, custom home building, smart home technology integration, project coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence and poise to interact directly with homeowners, builders, and trade partners.
  • Technically Minded: Understanding of custom construction workflows and the sequencing of low-voltage, networking, audio/video, lighting control, security, and automation systems.
  • Highly Organized: Able to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate project documentation, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters.
