The Opportunity
As an Experienced Associate on the AI Governance team within the Digital Assurance & Technology team, you'll support the development and implementation of AI governance frameworks aligned to industry standards. As an Experienced Associate, you'll contribute to projects that assess governance, risk, and control activities helping gather requirements, document processes and controls, and synthesize findings for a range of stakeholders. This role offers exposure to emerging AI governance practices and the opportunity to help drive practical, scalable improvements.
As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity and contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. In this role at PwC, you will take ownership and consistently deliver quality work that drives value for our clients and success as a team. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide advice and solutions for clients

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Project/Technology Management

- Applying experience in AI/ML governance, risk, controls, audit, testing, and validation, including awareness of AI lifecycles and leading risk frameworks such as NIST and ISO

- Supporting the design and assessment of AI governance models, policies, standards, and control programs, while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrating a learning mindset and taking ownership of personal development
- Excelling in adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics
- Applying analytical skills to gather and interpret complex data
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding business operations
- Utilizing corporate governance knowledge in client support scenarios

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $141,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
