Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven BDR to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to immerse themselves in the world of business development and sales, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic startup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients to expand our business outreach.
  • Heavy execution of cold calling campaigns (90% of your time).
  • Participate in strategy meetings, providing input on business development tactics.
  • Engage in market analysis to understand industry trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with team members on projects to enhance the company's sales processes and client engagement strategies.
  • Gain exposure to AI-driven sales tools and techniques, understanding their role in modern sales practices.
  • Assist in organizing and participating in networking events to promote OneThirtyFive's services.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience
  • Must be able to come to our office in downtown Cleveland daily
  • Self-starting mentality and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Comfort executing cold calls
  • Strong work ethic and desire to achieve set goals
  • Ability to self-prioritize to drive results
  • Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
