Role Specific Information

Job Description

This role is based at our Corporate Office in Menomonee Falls, WI. You'll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

About the Role

In this role, you will support the end-to-end execution of the Affiliate channel by managing partner relationships, platform operations, and performance optimization. The role helps translate strategic plans and budgets into activated partner investments, ensures accurate tracking and commission governance, and delivers reporting and insights to drive profitable, incremental growth.

What You'll Do

  • Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecast pacing by tracking spend, performance, and partner-level ROI

  • Help translate annual and quarterly plans into executed partner investments, rate structures, and activation calendars

  • Own Affiliate platform operations including partner onboarding, tracking links, product feeds, and creative assets

  • Ensure accurate attribution, commission setup, and compliance across all partner types

  • Monitor industry trends and regularly benchmark competitors to proactively optimize programs, identify white-space partner opportunities, and ensure program efficiency within the evolving affiliate landscape

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Affiliate partners

  • Manage partner communications, approvals, and relationship health

  • Coordinate campaign launches, content activations, and promotional placements

  • Monitor partner performance across traffic, conversion, revenue, commission, and ROI

  • Identify underperforming partners, leakage, and commission inefficiencies

  • Surface opportunities to drive incrementality and improve profitable growth

  • Produce and maintain reporting across partner segments, including clicks, revenue, commission, and ROI

  • Analyze partner mix trends and performance shifts to identify risks and opportunities

  • Ability to quickly establish strong working relationships with key partners while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accountability

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing within a retail or consumer-focused organization

Preferred

  • Understanding of the Affiliate Marketing Industry
