Job description

About DREAMLABS

DREAMLABS is a performance marketing agency focused on building and scaling eCommerce brands. We specialize in creative production and paid marketing strategy, partnering with high-growth brands to drive measurable results through disciplined testing, iteration, and execution.

About the Role

DREAMLABS is looking for a UGC Partnerships Manager to own our creator ecosystem end to end. You'll be the connective tissue between our brand clients and the creators who bring their products to life on social media. This is a fully dedicated role — you'll manage every step of the process, from sourcing talent to delivering final content.

Requirements

What You'll Own
  • Creator Sourcing — Identify, vet, and recruit UGC creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms that match client brand needs and performance goals
  • Partnership Management — Build and maintain an active roster of reliable creators; manage relationships, rates, and contracts
  • Brief Development — Write clear, detailed creative briefs that give creators everything they need to deliver on-brand, high-performing content
  • Product Fulfillment Coordination — Coordinate the logistics of sending client product to creators; track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Workflow Management — Own the full production pipeline — deadlines, revisions, approvals, and final delivery — across multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously
  • Quality Control — Review content submissions against briefs before passing to the creative or client team
  • Reporting — Track creator performance, delivery rates, and content output; flag issues and optimize the roster over time
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years managing UGC, influencer, or creator partnerships — agency experience preferred
  • Strong written communication; can write a compelling, clear brief without hand-holding
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel
  • Familiar with DTC eCommerce brands and paid social creative (Meta, TikTok)
  • Experience using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Self-starter who can build and improve systems — not just execute within them
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; this role will continue to evolve as we grow

Benefits

Bonus Points
  • Experience working with performance-focused creative teams
  • Familiarity with UGC platforms or marketplaces (Billo, Minisocial, JoinBrands, etc.)
  • Background in content creation or social media management
  • Familiar with AI tools and building systems to manage a high volume of creator contacts
