Brand Manager – Cosmetics (Remote / Hybrid / [Your City] – Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities (updated)

  • Develop and execute full-funnel brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and 360° campaigns
  • Create and execute high-performing content (static, video, UGC-style) for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and organic social – you’re comfortable concepting, shooting (or directing shoots), editing, and posting yourself when needed
  • Own and scale paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube with 7-figure budgets and proven ROAS (3.5x+)
  • Build, manage, and scale the affiliate and influencer program end-to-end (recruitment via Outreach, Impact, Grin, or direct; contract negotiation; payout tracking; creative briefs; performance optimization; whitelisting top creators)
  • Manage retail partner relationships and trade marketing (Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Revolve, Credo, etc.)
  • Lead organic social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Oversee influencer seeding, paid collabs, and UGC production
  • Collaborate with creative and product teams on new launches and limited-edition drops
  • Analyze performance across ads, affiliates, organic social, and retail using Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.
  • Manage external agencies when needed (media buying, creative, PR)

  • Expert-level experience running Meta, TikTok, and Google ads at $100K–$1M+/month spend with strong ROAS
  • Existing relationships or successful launches with Sephora, Ulta, Nordstrom, Revolve, Cult Beauty, or similar prestige/indie retailers
  • You’ve grown brand social accounts to 100K–1M+ followers (organic + paid)
  • Analytical powerhouse – you live in dashboards and optimize everything
