What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Assistant UGC (User-Generated Content) Manager, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Assistant UGC Manager, you need a solid understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and social media platforms, often supported by a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), social media analytics tools, and basic photo/video editing software is typically required. Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills help you engage communities and manage multiple content streams effectively.
