If you have experience in QuickBooks Online, Excel, strong organizational and communication skills, and very computer savvy, we want to talk with you. Job Objective:

APEX Career Services is seeking a dynamic part time independent contractor, friendly and organized entry level Administrative Assistant to perform office support activities to CEO. As an Admin Assistant your role is to field inbound calls, make outbound calls, track data on spreadsheets, communicate by email, and all duties listed below under job duties. APEX Career Services is a growing small business

Answer inbound calls

Effectively resolve customer inquiries

Outbound calls to customers, vendors, and business partners

Track data on Excel Spreadsheets

Update and manage QuickBooks

Communicate to customers, employees, & vendors by email

Manage Social Media Accounts

Schedule appointments

Manage inbound calls and emails

Handle sales and account management responsibilities
