Position Summary

The Office Manager position supports and oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of Campbell Business Solutions, LLC. This role is designed for a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented professional who can manage office processes, coordinate administrative activities, support clients and team members, and help ensure efficient business operations.   The Office Manager will work closely with management and team members to maintain organized workflows, effective communication, accurate documentation, and consistent administrative procedures. This position requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, identify operational needs, and help maintain a professional and productive work environment.

Core Responsibilities - Office Manager

  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative and office operations.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to management and team members.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, client communications, and general correspondence professionally and promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, deadlines, and internal activities.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for company, employee, and client documentation.
  • Manage document preparation, data entry, spreadsheets, reports, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for new clients and team members.
  • Maintain office procedures, administrative workflows, and internal documentation.
  • Assist management with tracking deadlines, assignments, follow-ups, and outstanding administrative items.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents as requested.
  • Support basic bookkeeping and financial administrative processes, including organizing receipts, invoices, expense documentation, and related records as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company, employee, financial, and client information.
  • Serve as a central point of communication between management, team members, clients, and vendors when appropriate.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, organization, and office efficiency.
  • Help ensure company policies, procedures, and administrative standards are consistently followed.
  • Assist with special projects and other operational or administrative responsibilities as assigned.
