  • Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to:
    • Processing and recording journal entries.
    • Generate refunds
    • Charge Vendors generate invoices
    • Registration and reconciliation of credit cards
    • Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
    • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
    • Assisting with month-end close
  • Create customer accounts in SAP
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Preparation of checks for suppliers
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and improve financial processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (must be within 1 year of graduation)
