Job description

Overview
Tecolote Research, Inc is seeking candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills to plan, coordinate, manage, and execute Space Launch Delta 45 internal and external stakeholder engagements that include Department of Defense, Space Force, and Space Systems Command organizations.
Responsibilities
  • Provide C-Suite level Action Officer support to Space Launch Delta 45 leadership.
  • Responsible for supporting host requirements for senior Space Force leadership, senior government officials, senior defense support contractors, foreign dignitaries, elected officials and community leaders.
  • Develop and coordinate event programs and scripts for Space Launch Delta 45 hosted events and stakeholder engagements.
  • Prepare invitations, distribute to appropriate offices and personnel.
  • Create and coordinate itineraries and scripts and continuously monitor the project and coordinate changes as required.

Skills Required
  • A minimum seven (7) years of action officer experience to include a minimum of 3 years supporting space programs and 2 years Protocol experience
  • Proficient in the use of M/S office applications, i.e., M/S Outlook, MS Teams, Zoom.gov, Defense Travel System (DTS), Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Applicant must be able to work in a team environment
  • Working knowledge of DoD and Space Force acquisition and operational organizations within the past 5 years
  • Active Secret security clearance is required
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, english, communications or statistics is required.
