Responsibilities:

1) Working in a standard cost environment

2) Implementing and/or controlling:

a.Bills of material

b.Shop floor control

c.Routings

d.Automated labor tracking

e.Inventory valuation/control

f.Labor & overhead rate analysis

g.Product costing

h.Variance analysis

i.Financial reporting

3) Coordination and management of costing system at multiple locations

4) Traveling to other locations and corporate headquarters as required

5) Directly managing multi-department process, including accounting, engineering, sales, manufacturing, purchasing

Qualifications

Requirements:


1) Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.


2) 5 + years of accounting/finance experience, with major emphasis on cost accounting, working in a standard cost environment.


3) Ability to collaborate with, and take charge of a multi-person team.


4) Work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably specializing in metal fabrication.


5) Experience in industrial engineering desirable
