Key Responsibilities for the Accounting Manager:
• Oversee accounting operations for a portfolio of 5–7 multifamily properties

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:
• 5+ years of multifamily property accounting experience
• Prior experience leading or supervising accounting staff
• Strong financial reporting and financial statement analysis background
• Hands-on experience with RealPage (required)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience managing multiple properties within a real estate portfolio
