Position Overview We are looking for an accomplished Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations while driving process improvements and supporting the continued growth of the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. CPA designation is strongly preferred. Public accounting experience combined with private industry experience is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience; approximately 5–10 years is ideal. Demonstrated experience leading accounting functions and improving financial processes. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Experience working in multi-location or multi-site environments such as retail, manufacturing, staffing, distribution, or e-commerce is highly valued. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Desire to grow professionally with a long-term career opportunity.
