Job description

Requires US Citizenship Employment Term and Type: Regular, Full Time Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI Required Education: Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline, but preferably in Finance or Accounting Job Description: The Contractor shall provide programs analysis services consisting of processing emerging requirements in support of deployed forces. The Contractor shall assist in the staffing, development, and presentation of MARCENT recommendations and official inputs for consideration during the Marine Requirements Oversight Council (MROC) and MROC Review Board (MRB) processes. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: * The Contractor shall assist in the development of MARCENT Unfunded Priority List (UPL) through conducting analyses of program capability gaps. * The contractor shall research and report on possible resources that can be deployed to mitigate the risk associated with such gaps in support of the UPL. * The contractor shall assist in the development of assessments, information papers and briefs, as well as facilitating the required coordination between the staff sections and action officers, to support the Commander's participation in the MROC. * The contractor shall assist in the development of the command's strategy, policy, campaign plans, posture plans, programs, requirements, decision papers, assessments, presentations, information papers, and other staffing requirements associated with a service component headquarters. * The contractor shall support internal MARCENT working groups as required. Required Qualifications * Experience supporting DoD or service component-level requirements and program analysis, including capability gap identification, strategic document preparation, and working group facilitation in a joint or service headquarters environment. * 8+ years' experience in military accounting and finance role. * Extensive knowledge of MROC and MRB processes. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Current passport and be willing to travel and work OCONUS. * Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Education Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in any academic discipline, but preferably in Finance or Accounting Security Clearance Requirements: * TS/SCI Physical, Work Environment & Conditions: (please update) * Typical office environment: * Must be able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods. * Occasional standing while working in server rooms or at patch panels. * Must be able to lift and move moderately heavy equipment (e.g., routers, switches, servers) typically up to 30-50 pounds. * Manual Dexterity required for connecting cables, configuring devices, and handling small tools or components. * Must be able to view computer screens for long periods. * Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and indicator lights. * Must be able to climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces for cable runs or equipment installation. * May require walking between different buildings or workstations. * Must be able to communicate clearly with technical teams and end-users. * May need to hear alarms, server beeps, or equipment noises indicating issues This position description is not intended as, nor should it be construed as, exhaustive of all responsibilities, skills, efforts or working conditions associated with this job.
