Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our team for the Fall semester. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for students pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field to gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment. The Accounting Intern will work alongside experienced professionals and gain exposure to real estate and development accounting, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for students interested in developing practical accounting skills while learning about the commercial real estate business. This role will be fully in office in Boca Raton, FL.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounting and financial reporting activities across various business functions.
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and administrative processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and data analysis.
  • Support month-end closing activities and other periodic accounting processes.
  • Help ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records and reports.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and operational initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
