Position Overview:

Entrust is seeking a Product Manager to join the Instant Financial Issuance (IFI) Solution team, with a focus on on-premises issuance solutions. This role is responsible for leading product strategy and execution for physical financial issuance systems deployed within customer environments. The Product Manager will translate market insights and customer needs into a clear product roadmap and defined requirements that drive business outcomes. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Research & Development, Sales, and Support teams to support the development, positioning, and delivery of Entrust’s issuance solutions. The focus of this role is on advancing Entrust’s core issuance platform capabilities for secure, reliable, and scalable on-prem deployments in the financial services market. The Product Manager will convert voice-of-customer insights and market data into competitive requirements that guide engineering and deliver differentiated value to customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to on-premises issuance solutions

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the IFI product roadmap

  • Translate market and customer needs into detailed product requirements and user stories through engagement with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Lead and support product planning, definition, and launch activities

  • Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions

  • Define and communicate technical product positioning and value propositions for on-prem systems

  • Develop and deliver technical enablement materials for Sales, Services, and partner teams

  • Partner with Sales and Training teams to design and execute training programs for internal teams and partners

  • Serve as the product subject matter expert (SME) for on-prem issuance solutions, supporting marketing content and go-to-market initiatives

  • Support sales engagements, customer implementations, and industry events as needed

  • Analyzing portfolio for market differentiation with AI

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial software product management, development, or a related field

  • Experience with enterprise software or hardware-integrated solutions in on-premise environments

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

  • Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial issuance, payments, or secure credential systems

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and industry concepts

  • Working knowledge of product management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft TFS, AHA)

  • Experience working with international customers and partners

  • Strong presentation, communication, and technical writing skills

  • MBA or advanced degree

Where You Will Be: Open to U.S.-based candidates, preferably in the Central or Eastern time zones. This role is remote or hybrid (3 days/week) in Shakopee, MN.

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $120,387-$176,568 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
