Job description

ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking a Project Assistant to support utility projects and serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients. This role focuses on maintaining accurate project data, coordinating approvals, and ensuring systems and documentation remain organized and up to date. This is a remote position with occasional in-office training in Denver (approximately every 1-2 months). Candidates must be located in Colorado.
What You'll Do:
  • Serve as a primary administrative point of contact for our utility client, supporting ongoing communication and coordination.
  • Maintain, audit, and clean up internal and client database systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Support project tracking, approvals, and documentation, including monitoring approval timelines (e.g., 30-day approval cycles).
  • Prepare clear status updates and reports by translating complex project data into understandable summaries.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and client representatives to resolve data discrepancies.
  • Ensure records and documentation are organized and aligned across platforms.
  • Support training, onboarding, and process updates related to client systems and workflows.
  • This is a remote role with occasional travel to the client's office in Denver, CO for training or program needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Administrative or customer-facing experience, preferably within the engineering, utility, or construction industries.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Strong data management, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with SharePoint, SAP, or similar ERP/database systems.
