Required Skills


Experience HP Operations Manager for Linux fro Linux 9.x

Ability to manage and create monitors

Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with HP Operations Agent (Unified Agent)

Strong skills with application and infrastructure monitoring

Ability to work with both Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems

Ability to create and maintain both shell and Perl scripts

Participation in a rotating 24x7 operations and on-call support model

Experience with MIDAS and MIDAS Outage Manager

Ability to understand business processes

Understanding of Oracle, SQL and database technologyย 

Experience in Sitescope, BSM and VueGen

Knowledge and understanding of SCOM

Exposure to Network Node Manager and SNMP

Good knowledge HP BSM Suite

Troubleshooting and diagnosing errors and anomalies and ability to perform analytical investigationย
