We are seeking a Technology Specialist, Enterprise Transformation to support the organization's enterprise transformation initiatives through workflow analysis, process improvement, technology enablement, automation, and artificial intelligence solutionsWe are looking for an innovative and collaborative professional who is energized by helping people work smarter, solve problems, and embrace new possibilities. As our Technology Specialist, Enterprise Transformation, you will play a key role in advancing technology adoption, process improvement, automation, and AI initiatives across the organization. You will partner with teams throughout Cypress to identify opportunities, remove obstacles, increase capacity, and help build scalable solutions that enhance both the employee and client experience. This role works closely with business units to identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, reduce friction, strengthen controls, increase capacity, and support scalable growth.
The Technology Specialist, Enterprise Transformation serves as an embedded technology resource supporting future-state operating model development, workflow redesign, technology adoption, and continuous improvement efforts across the organization. The position helps evaluate, develop, implement, and support practical technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value while supporting responsible governance and risk management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Compliance
  • Fulfill responsibilities under the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering regulations. This may include identifying customers properly, initiating CTR and SAR investigations as needed, utilizing OFAC records, and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Adhere to Bank policies, procedures, and all applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Enterprise Transformation
  • As a member of the Enterprise Transformation Team, partner with business units to analyze, document, and redesign workflows to improve organizational effectiveness, strengthen controls, reduce friction, and support scalable growth.
  • Participate in enterprise transformation initiatives, future-state operating model development, and process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities where technology, automation, and AI can deliver measurable business value.
  • Work with the Enterprise Transformation Team and individual business units to evaluate existing business processes, information flows, and operational challenges to identify opportunities for increased efficiency, improved consistency, enhanced client and employee experiences, and increased organizational capacity.
  • Work with the Enterprise Transformation Team and individual business units to assess proposed workflow, technology, and organizational changes for impacts to governance, risk management, controls, employee experience, client experience, and overall business effectiveness.
Technology Enablement amp; AI
  • Work with the Enterprise Transformation Team and individual business units to identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities where artificial intelligence, automation, and related technologies can improve productivity, consistency, information access, decision support, or service delivery.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI-enabled solutions, automation workflows, and technology-enabled process improvements aligned with approved business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain approved prompts, templates, AI agents, knowledge resources, workflow documentation, and other enablement materials that support organizational adoption and effective use of technology.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, vendor capabilities, industry developments, and best practices to identify practical opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor AI-enabled solutions for changes in behavior, response quality, usability concerns, hallucinations, operational issues, and business effectiveness following platform or vendor updates.
Training amp; Adoption
  • Develop and deliver employee training programs, workshops, presentations, and educational resources designed to improve adoption and effective use of approved AI and technology solutions.
  • Provide individual coaching, departmental consultation, and ongoing support to employees seeking to incorporate AI, automation, and technology solutions into their daily work activities.
  • Track adoption, utilization, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for additional training, process refinement, and organizational support.
  • Support organizational change management efforts by helping employees understand, adopt, and effectively utilize new technologies, workflows, and business processes.
Governance amp; Reporting
  • Coordinate with Information Technology, Compliance, and business unit leaders to support responsible implementation and governance of approved technology initiatives.
  • Assist with technology inventory management, licensing optimization, subscription utilization, solution ownership documentation, and related administrative activities.
  • Monitor deployed solutions for adoption, performance, quality, business impact, and ongoing alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and report meaningful metrics related to technology utilization, process improvement outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and business value realization.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, recommendations, and business cases for management, committees, and executive leadership regarding transformation initiatives and technology opportunities.
Key Performance Expectations:
Success in this role will be measured through a combination of quantitative and qualitative metrics, including:
  • Growth in adoption and utilization of approved AI and automation platforms.
  • Identification and implementation of technology-enabled workflow improvements.
  • Documented reduction in manual effort through automation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Development and maintenance of approved AI resources, prompt libraries, workflows, and enablement materials.
  • Delivery of employee training, workshops, coaching, and adoption support programs.
  • Successful deployment and support of AI-enabled and workflow improvement initiatives.
  • Identification and documentation of opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness, reduce friction, and increase capacity.
  • Measurement and reporting of business outcomes resulting from approved AI and automation initiatives.
  • Effective collaboration with business units, Information Technology, Compliance, and operational stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated contribution toward organizational productivity, scalability, and operational effectiveness goals.
Must-haves:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Organizational Development, or a related field; OR equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology, business process improvement, project management, training, operations, business analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and business applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to identify business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
