The specialists at Reston Ear, Nose and Throat are committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care for a wide range of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) and allergy problems for adult and pediatric patients.

We are looking for a pleasant, customer-oriented, reliable professional to work interdependently with the Reston ENT team to help provide the highest quality patient care experience.
Responsibilities include:
  • Greet patients warmly when performing check-in/out procedures
  • Collect and post payments
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
  • Ensure patient information is accurate and updated
  • Review eligibility and calculate patients' financial responsibilities prior to their visit
  • Prepare medical records for patients, physicians, and other requesting entities
  • Perform other administrative duties to support our practice
