Location: Greater Hartford Area, Connecticut
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
Position Overview
A highly regarded and established Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in Central Connecticut is expanding and seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their team.
This is a unique opportunity to join a tight-knit group of fellowship-trained surgeons and experienced APPs. The practice is known for its team-oriented culture and offers tremendous room for professional growth. This role is strictly 100% outpatient, offering a predictable schedule with no hospital rounds.

Responsibilities
• Clinical Care: Independently manage the evaluation and treatment of the full spectrum of Ear, Nose, and Throat disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Procedures: Perform in-office procedures including flexible laryngoscopy, nasal endoscopy, cerumen removal, and other minor surgical tasks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with attending physicians to coordinate patient care, review imaging, and manage follow-up visits.
Qualifications
• Licensure: Current Connecticut PA or NP License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience: Previous experience in Otolaryngology is preferred.
• Transferable Skills: Candidates with experience in other procedural or surgical specialties (e.g., Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Plastic Surgery) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Tech: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
