Schedule: Monday - Friday (No Weekends)
Position Overview
A long-standing and respected Otolaryngology (ENT) practice in the Lawrence, Massachusetts area is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ENT-experienced provider to join a practice that prioritizes work-life balance. You will work in a purely outpatient setting with no hospital rounding and no on-call responsibilities, allowing you to focus on clinical care while enjoying your personal time.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, prescribe necessary medications, and develop treatment plans.

Qualifications
• Experience: Candidates should have prior experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) and comfort performing ENT-related procedures in a clinic setting.
• Licensure: Current Massachusetts PA or NP License (or eligibility to obtain).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting rapport with patients.
• Tech: Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
