Student Enrollment Representative
Are you a driven professional who enjoys connecting with people, achieving goals, and helping others make important life decisions? As a Student Enrollment Representative, you will guide prospective students through the admissions process, helping them identify the right educational path and supporting them from inquiry to enrollment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries and maintain consistent outreach.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to assess student goals and program fit.
  • Build strong relationships and guide students through the enrollment process.
  • Recruit and enroll qualified applicants while ensuring compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and manage a high-volume pipeline.
  • Meet enrollment goals and performance expectations.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience in admissions, recruiting, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
