• Conduct thorough assessments and initial evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients facing various emotional and psychological challenges.
• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that privacy and confidentiality are always upheld.
• Regularly collaborate with other mental health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to create a cohesive treatment approach for clients.
• Stay informed about current research and advancements in mental health by pursuing ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those facing short-term challenges such as stress management, work-life balance, and interpersonal conflicts, as well as individuals dealing with more chronic mental health issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds and demographics, providing a rich tapestry of experiences and needs to address.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of practical counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of ethical standards and legal considerations in counseling practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to connect with a wide range of clients with empathy and understanding.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and contribute to integrated care approaches.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related administrative tools relevant to clinical documentation.

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 annually, based on the applicant's qualifications and experience.
